Wait, I thought it was totally contagious. Isn't that why our Prezdent down here in looney land says we need the protect the marriage ammendment? If we don't get the ammendment, everyone is going to up and marry their bowling partners!

I'm not sure which emotican is supposed to indicate blue state mock fear & sacrasm so I'll post this:

White teeth rule, but I feel I should let you know that whitener is really bad for your teeth. It essentially paints your teeth and clogs pores that will eventually cause more cavities.

Just FYI.

Why does everybody have such wonderful picture updates? My goodness.

Anyways - thank you so much for the birthday wishes. Even though I got spoiled by the girl by the end of it, it had a bit of a rough start, and it was actually really nice to come back to a comments list full of nice things from my SG crew.

I really want to come and visit you and the boy as soon as possible, and you can buy me that drink then! biggrin

(Incidentally, while my schedule is often stupid, you two are always welcome on the scenic Niagara peninsula. HOWEVER, the girl is from Mississauga and her family is there, so there really is no good reason not to hook up soonish rather than laterish! We can play 90's Trivial Pursuit, even if the answer is always AOL!)

  • Zarina and I saw a lady walking a bunny yesterday. A bunny. On a leash! Really, the bunny wanted no part of this walk, so she had to drag it. Poor bunny. We wondering how you just wake up in the morning and figure that your bunny is a pet suitable for walking. A ferret I can understand, but bunnies?

  • We also saw a...

I think it's the fact that they had the wrong "bare" that I like about it. It's such a LOOONG way to go for a little joke. I kinda like the ... dorkiness ... of that. If it is. God, I hope it is. If it's just spelling incompetency, I'm ticked off.

[edited to add]

The other thing is that "bear feet not arms" is funny, too. For the imagery of big, hairy, clawed feet but sleek, human arms. Every version of this slogan can make a good giggle. Yep, I still really like it.

Ginnys Open Letters to 24

Dear 24,

Im really enjoying your show, but I really dont like how you put Kim with that knife as the background for the third disk. Every time I saw a knife I kept thinkingthis is it! Shes going to get it! But she didnt, guys. Not until much later.

Hugs and kisses,
Ginny

Yeah, he's a neat little guy. And eerily intelligent for his age, as well. I joke around with his father about how he's going to become some sort of mad scientist when he grows up.

Words cannot adequately express my disappointment where that movie is concerned.

Cars suck. Maybe if I take up biking, mk700c will be my friend even more.

I had a lot of hot sexy fun yesterday, but I'm not allowed to tell you what I was doing. Dogslife will tell you it was hot Lesbo action with a capital L. Trust me--it was hotter.

Tomorrow we see The Contract designed by my favourite designer. Women on...

Thank you for the lovely set-up to be absolutely hilarious ... but I'm way lazy right now and cannot complete your desires. Should you feel the urge, you're welcome to.

I'm just a big puddle of worry today.

This stubborn stomach problem I've had since Monday is not helping the situation either. Everything is in knots, my brow is permanently furrowed, my jaw aches, and my shoulder is worse. In addition, I'm having guilt issues because I haven't been to yoga since Thursday, and won't be able to go again until Thursday.

Just wait until...

Knitting is definitely the only enjoyable thing this season. I need to finish projects instead of starting new ones.

This gloomy day ends with a quiet evening with my freshly bathed dog, garlic bread, jasmine tea, and CSI.

The coolest episode of CSI ever is Cross-Jurisdictions. Even the production design and cinematography cross over as the warm ambers of Miami meet the harsh outlines of Vegas. It's not the greatest show ever, but I was impressed with the thought that went into this...

ah television. My working from home butt has been sucked into The West Wing on some high number cable channel lately. I think it's because President Bartlett is a liberal Democrat on the show...

I hate my job.

In other news, I think I'm addicted to yoga.

Further Developments:
No offense to those who are dearest to my heart, but I no longer want to work in an industry run by men. The ones I work with are rude, whiney, and--what gets me the most--slovenly.

Also--does this bother anyone else? When people call you a variation on your name...

You know, I'm almost tempted to get a job working at Disney in hopes that I could somehow help in the production of Toy Story III.

OR I could just burn their animation facility down.

What?

*Edit-Sorry to hear about the job hon' and I'm jealous to hear about the yoga. I tried taking it up for about...two days. It didn't take. But I have the DVD sitting there, mocking me, every time I feel a sore joint or limb. Which isn't often otherwise I'd be Down Dog all day!

**Oh and that pic you linked me to is eerie! I remember going to a Joyce family reunion and most of the men (the lucky ones) all had the same thing build and angular features.
