Well, I'd vastly prefer an informed electorate and everybody voting.  However, if people are going to vote with their emotions or vote from the basis of political ads rather than being informed I'd rather they stay home.  Before one presidential election for example a woman told me her head was telling her one thing and her heart another.  This amounted to an intellectual choice versus an emotional one.  I could only shake my head.  Remember the last big emotional appeal, "we're the ones we've been waiting for?"  What a load a dump.  Just another politician with more lies than anybody can count.  So please get informed and vote.  I don't care for who so long as you have some real reason to support somebody.  And I suggest you expand your information sources to as much as you can.  Listen to different points of view, completing points of view.  Trey to figure out who's telling the truth and who's just spreading more lies and emotional manipulation.  The county is 17 trillion in debt with no end in sight.  This country isn't going to last forever if we don't make some positive changes.  This stuff isn't trivial.
