Well, just when i was about to spend money on something unpractical (a pet rat) my boiler has gone, not only that, but ive rang around and had someone who was meant to be coming out first thing this morning, low and behold its not 11am and they havent landed, i have things to do aswell so am trying to ring them to see what time they ll be here and shock horror they aint any answer.
