bad week...sorry.. the radio in my car has been broken for a couple weeks now. the only thing i can listen to is am radio (do they have that in the uk? i have a feeling they dont) 
well its awful!! its either that, a constant static, or me singing in the car. lately i have been singing. fun songs i make up about things i see as im driving. you should try it sometime. its fun and youll laugh at yourself and thats always good

Well i have started doing it really slowly first 1.2 then 1.6 and so on i leave them in till they stop weeping , go to superdrug and get there own tree tea oil it is part tea tree and all these other oill it makes my ears heal really fast and start of with the little bar bell because it gives your ears room to swell and it it really easy to sleep on the long stretchers they are crap , dont ram it straight through because you will get a blow ouy or
