im really anxious/nervous. i dont know what to do. i feel like im making all the wrong decisions. i feel like i might be losing it. i feel afraid.

I think it is awesome that you are moving to Portland. You will love the summer weather, unless you prefer 45 degrees and rain, then you will love fall, winter, and spring. Because that is all we get 9 months out of the year.
