Don't ever say life can't get worse...
cause It will.
If it wasn't for my loving family and friends and
especially now, my love....
I wouldn't be here typing this blog today.
I got some life altering issues I'm going to have
to learn to mange now. It's hardest when your not ready
and it wasn't by choice.
This has been the year from hell so far, but I wont
give up. I have to fight to turn that around. I have to
hold dear all the little good I can.
my friends...
tell at least 5 people a day you love 'em
give out at least a dozen kind compliments
do a charitable act daily, even if its "small"
never give up, dont be afraid to ask for help
make yourself smile 3 times a day if you have too
take care of your self (love and respect your body and mind)

Yes, I'm a grampa. I thought you knew that, as I've written about it often. I have an 8 year old grand daughter and a grandson who'll turn 6 on July 1st.
