This morning at like 10am I woke up to a stinging pain just below my lower lip and my chin- it was as though I had just rubbed my face with stinging nettles and it hurt like a bitch.I got up, went to the bathroom and low and behold the right side of my face was swollen like a motherI had no chin on the right side and I was freaking out- I woke up the other half and I asked him if thought my face was swollen. Sure enough it was.the weird thing is that I can not think of what may have caused this.I went back to bed convincing myself it was a spider or some nasty creature..it was gone within the next couple of hoursI had eluded the dreaded brown recluse once again- have you ever heard of the brown recluse spider?.....Woman cleans house, later notices red bump that is itchy and swollen- next thing she knows, she is waking up in a hospital without her arms and legs---- true story I swear- apparently this little sucker injects venom that rots flesh and it spreads.unless you cut away the tissue and in extreme cases amputate the limbs, it will kill you- so you see, I have been in a weird paranoid state as of late and I was already thinking I was gonna have to have my head amputated from the rest of my body to let my torso, legs, arms, heart live- somehow this both seems funny and tragic at the same time.but never fear I am still herewhen I finally did get up a couple of hours later, I started frantically searching through the internet for some explanation of what had happened to me- alas, no real answers, however I was happy to resign to the fact that I didnt have to know exactly what it was- HUMANS are so fucking hilarious at how uncomfortable the can be when they do not have the exact answer- we dont know anythingat allwe make fools of ourselves thinking we can control and find answers to all that is around usI am ok not knowing what the deal was- as long as I dont have a fever (sign of infection), I am not vomiting everywhere or pooping out of my butt like a mad man ( extremer dehydration) or I am not bleeding like a mother or having my face swell so I cant breathe, chances are I will be ok-

Oh dreaded Brown Recluse- Thy is my enemy!!
