we had a hurricane. then we had another hurricane. we had no power or water or phone, no radio stations within 100 miles to give news.

now we are having another hurricane next week.

i have learned to make the grill work and shower with bottles of water. i prolly should have gone to burning man, at least i would have got to see interesting stuff while i didn't have mod cons.
