i do not understand dating amongst the under 30 set.
or rather, lack of dating. i know so many young persons who seem unable to walk up to an attractive person - even an attractive person they KNOW - and suggest they spend time together.
it's so easy. all you do is say - "i'm thinking about going to X for dinner, would you like to go, too?"
too much for your shy self? try a non-threatening conversation without hint of attempt to date. ask the attractive person questions that will give them a chance to know YOU.
confused as to how to do this? say you are passionate about the Sims, or Star Trek, or a particular band or club.
you walk up to the attractive person and say - "hi, i just had to tell you that you get i looked over here, and for just a second, you reminded me of Kes." If the attractive person recognizes that Kes is from ST- Voyager, you know immediately that this might be the one for you.
don't be alone, it isn't necessary. marry, have fat babies, send me pictures.
