i had a long day yesterday, i got up early and went to the doctor to have on of my favorite things - fasting blood tests. this is where you don't get to eat for hours and then they suck all your blood out into a bunch of big tubes with a scary long needle. it sucked.

i got a haircut, and had lunch at a mediocre diner place, then i came home and wrote a zillion pages of shopping cart code for a client who hasn't got any money to actually pay me for the work.

my sister is having unemployment drama and living in a dream world of some kind. my mother and i have told her we will pay for her to move here to our little town, and we will get her an apartment and pay the rent for three months, or she can move in with one of us, but she can't bring her four cats if she does.

i feel fucking big-time guilty for that, i know she loves her cats, but they are misbehaved something awful, and i already have two cats i love living with me who would suffer, and it isn't fair.

she is beging pigheaded, says she does not want to move up here, gives all these reasons why, and that's great, but in 3 weeks, she won't have money to pay her rent.

mother and i have decided we are NOT paying the fucking rent if she can't find a job. if we do, it will just suck us more dry than we already are, since in three more months we are probably going to have to pay for her move and a new apt anyway, her employment prospects are not good.

i am a selfish bitch.
