I'm trying to be a domestic goddess today. It's my last day of vacation, and Geoff's first day back. I thought the least I could do was make his evening nice after a shitty day at work... so I'm making chili in the crockpot right now, and next I'm making hot chocolate cake - which is served in a mug with marshmallows on top.

Domesticity doesn't come naturally for me, so wish me luck!

Maverick had his first public outing yesterday. We played frisbee in Memorial Park, then ate outside at Biscotti's. He was the most popular guy there.
