Woke up this morning to find a mouse head outside my bedroom door, thanks Izzy
And Dude decided to wake me up by scratching my head

Had my yearly physical on Wednesday, everything is A-OK
It has always pissed me off that some peeps assume that fat people are unhealthy, Fat can be healthy and skinny can be unhealthy so there.

Like RuPaul says "What other people think of me is none of my business" I now use that as a Social Anxiety Helper and it works. If I get a negative thought I think of RuPaul saying that Also deep breathing helps me too with anxiety.

Still not going back to therapy, have thought over it long and hard and decided it is not for me. I can beat this on my own and with my hubbys support. And you guys too

Just knowing my problem has helped tremendously!!!!!
