Funny thing about smoking is I used to be sick (throat irritation problems, BIG time) everytime I went to a bar/club/whatever because of the smoke. To such an extent that my doctor said then that the only way to sort the problem would actually be to smoke from time to time myself... Kill to cure I hear you say...
Anyway, I did so and it DID work... I only smoke when I drink so I guess it's somewhat contained. Europe is very much a smokers place. I would totally freak out if I couldn't smoke in bars/restaurants. And then I'd get used to it
