Sorry for the mega delay there.

Ill keep this kinda brief.

I started weight watchers yesterday as ONE of my resolutions for the new year. Ive done it before and loved it. I gotta do good. Ive managed to gain 15 lbs in one year. I feel disgusting. Im actually pissed at myself becuase I am now 15 lbs heavier this year than last when I was trying to lose chunk the first time. Great. Now i get to try and lose 15 lbs just to get to the fat size I was last year haha

Anyways, ill try not to be too negetive about it and just focus at task at hand. My goal weight is 160. which is NOOOOOOOWHERE near where I am now. If I feel comfortable at 160, Ill try for more but for now, thats what Id like to get down to.

starting some excercises tonight to get back into the flow of things. Fuck im excited for results but dreading the work involved haha. anyways. Wish me luck.

maybe if im not a whale, ill get back into being on SG again doing sets etc, well see.
