Hey guys

How is everyone doing?? I am having a grand day!

I had reviews at work today and I was literally shaking and soo fucking nervous. But to my surprise my big boss and my manager both said they have no complains. There is nothing they can think I m doing wrong, they said I am extremely organized, i take initiative , I have "taken the ball into my court" with things that everyone else plays is not their job such as merchandise returns etc. And I get a raise at the beginning of October. As my boss said " its probably not as much as you'd like , but more than I can afford." whatever the fuck that means. I'm just glad things are working out, even though I am still very frustrated with my manager life has been better since she got her own office. I no longer have to work side by side with her and I dont get to see her slack while I do her job because now, I just put the chart in her door and she HAS to do it.
And I really like my own desk I just got a rotating pen holder hahaha I am a huge douche for getting excited over that lol.

I submitted my set on Saturday and its still in the queue to get approved for member review I'm guessing. I think should go beyond that stage but who knows after that. Im guessing if it does than it will b\probably be queued for sometime in November. argh. I like this set although, being it was shot in an abandoned house with no electricity it was a tricky one and I think there might be some issues with darkness. Mainly background darkness rather than anything in the foreground. We'll just have to see though wont we?

I have had some amazing ideas for sets lately. I might be shooting again in October with Faye again if she has time. I have one idea that I think is amazing but I need parts of a mannequin. Not easy to find.
If anyone knows of anywhere I can get this or have any ideas of how to get them at a cheap price ( I'll only need them for one shoot then they are useless to me) I have contacted a supplier of mannequin parts and apparently I am in luck as she is going to the warehouse to look for something else so she said she will be looking for old stuff for me. I hope she finds stuff and I hope its not expensive....
