Hi everyone 
Today was a crazy day for me- a trip back in time to when I was a country girl lol
I got to visit my old house today that I havn't been to visit in a vverrrrry long time. After I left that house it was bought by a ski resort in hopes of building a golf course but the house was built on a strip of land that runs through Canada that prevents further building of commercial estates. So now it just sits there- condemned lol
There is a large barn and 360 acres of land. It is a beautiful place and I'll be filming my next shoot there FOR SURE! Here a re a few pictures of the land - and the inside of the house. Unfortunately from being abandoned so long, many of the shingles on the roof lay in the grass surrounding the house. We kinda kicked the door in lol and the most part of the house is clearly water damaged form leaks in the ceiling. The 100 year old floors are cracked and rugged and the paint is peeling from most walls, theres mildew on the ceilings and holes bearing the guts of the this old broken down house I once lived in.
It was really weird seeing this- all the memories of my highschool years, all the place I hid to smoke pot, some of the glowin the dark stars that still remain on my old bedroom ceiling, Nancy Drew books I found in the barn....
Oh and we found a goat head... yikes

It was such a great road trip and I cant wait to go a film a few sets there- the property is beautiful and there is streams and small waterfalls, fields of ferns and many beautiful things- CANT WAIT!!!
