Good luck with the weight loss... just remember it's not the numbers that count. Height and weight aren't as important as how you wear it. Confidence is amazing and... sure, a little shape is nice, but it's not the end all of life. Heh
Sure, this is coming from someone who originally wanted to tone up and lost 30lbs, but at the same time now I'm yearning to hit some weights and have the weight more balanced where it counts although already being at a healthy weight and looking pretty decent if I do say so myself... but hey, that's just me. haha
So do whatcha gotta do, but don't let the number control any of it. Forget what anyone says even if it's yourself. You could be 140, 150, 160 or whatever random number you want but if you look like you care and are taking care of yourself... that's the shiznit! Numbers are numbers, but looking like you care and working towards a little tone is awesome. Just a personal opinion there. Yeah.
Oh... and through it all just remember to stay you. That's of #1 importance. Stay you and don't lose you. It's be no fun if you weren't you somehow...body snatchers... whatever. hehe
my mom joined weight watchers couple of weeks ago after being ill for a bit and losing a few pounds - she's gone on a total weight-loss kick now. i don't think she necessarily needs to, but i'll be happier to see her more content with herself, you know? that's the most important thing

FUCKING MAJOR VOMIT-WORTHY LOSER TYPE BULLSHIT. I can't believe you had to go through that. My father-in-law, a 58 yr. old man, threated to send nude pictures to my WHOLE ENTIRE family and has been stalking my SG profile. It feels so violating. So immature on his part. So ironic that THAT thing is gonna be my future-father-in-law. The best part is, after the fact of this dude's threats, I happily showed my family first, and they were totally proud of me. Totally blown away by what a beautiful and respectable site this is...and the true meaning behind it. It IS something that is VERY honorable. Totally, in my eyes...and everyone else here, of course!!
