i hate my upstairs neighbor.
he listens to techno too loud. it makes my room rattle.
he watches movies with the bass all the way up till 4 am.
he has sex with his girlfriend too early in the morning.
(and too fast. and she sounds like a chihuahua when she fakes it. it seriously sounds like a jackhammer.)
all of these things also scare away the kitty. who is my official footwarmer.
i don't know how to deal with it.
just bang on the ceiling with a broom?

stab him as he leaves one day?
wait till he has a party and invite myself and secretly soundproof his room?
