Thanks for the birthday wishes, everyone!

Ten hours from now, I'll be disappearing into the great unknown of international air traffic, which after a couple of significant layovers in Washington, DC and San Francisco, will finally deposit me in Shanghai, China. Since I seriously doubt the Chinese censors are going to let me (even as an honorary Party member) access this site while in their country, this will likely be the last update until I come back on June 2nd.

So don't forget about me while I'm gone! I'll be seeing you all again soon. Take care...
