so today i got another reminder that Im not that young again and it all started last friday. I was at work friday unloading our most recent shipment and jumped up a little to grabb a part off of the shipping boxes when I happened to bump into the box, I whinced a bit and went about my business and by the way did not reach the part. today I was moving around a 3 1/2 ton car jack and my side began to hurt I soon realized the extent of the problem apperentyl on friday I had fractured my ribs it feels as though its just one but yea for the fun of it for the next 2 months of healing.

and did I mention that the new woman I am seeing and I are getting along quite nicely [so far so good] it really does appear to be turning into something

and alas I am leaving a few of the groups Im in on here I am too pre-occupied to do anything in/with them.
