wednesday.....
so today has been going mostly as planned so far, I hope it continues that way.
woke up and had some great coffee. Brother Josh came over to check email and surf for a new job [he found porn instead]. stopped by work for a few minutes to train Mike and Pat how to do a but out from a car dealer. took a couple of sales calls and left. went and met Meg's for lunch, I had a salad she had air.
Im having Stephanie over for dinner so I went to grocery store to pick up dinner supplies.got some great stuff. and I picked up 1 single red rose.so heres the menu-
for starters cranberry-wheatberry salad to be followed by a rosemary-provolone bread to be topped with bruschetta.
the main course will consist of seared Tuna steaks atop garlic and olive oil couscous
then for dessert we will be having a fruit torte [raspberries, blueberries, strawberries blackberry and a slice of kiwi fruit]. and we will enjoy a movie after dinner I picked up 2 choices lucky # slevin and the family stone.
I normally try to impress women Im dating but this time around Im really trying not to do that. the above menu is something that I eat on a fairly regular basis[except for the fuit torte i dont get those often mostly because they're expensive $4 each].I think it is going to be a good night. hopefully I wont screw up dinner but then again I cook it all the time so its easy for me to cook.
