I have been making alot of progress on my most recent painting and should be done with it soon. I have painted over another pic that I started and didnt like how it was coming out but hey thats my choice right. this one is a bit darker then most of the others I have done in the past but it is one that the idea came to me and just wouldnt leave, so i think it is going to be very nice. most of the others that came to me in this manner have recieved lots of praise from freinds so this might as well. when I paint I like to convey alot of emotion and want to make people think. Im not saying that that is different then any other artist but it is what I feel and think will make me known someday. its like what they say follow you heart and be happy follow your head and be rich, I am doing both.
I had a good time last nite checking out some local comics at acme comedy club(downtown mpls.) it was amatuer nite a few of them need some more work but a couple of them were really good. it was my freind megs bday party of sorts she was out of town for the official day and instead wanted soemthing mellow to do.
