ok so today I had a meeting with my competetors, the meeting with the DM from o'reilly auto went well today. they made me a verbal offer of $14 an hour plus $1.06 an hour gauranteed comission. so its a little raise to start but the plus is I get 2 weeks vacation and benifits from the start. aftre that its all up to me for promotions and raises. knowing me that wont take too long, I figure that itll take 2 maybe 3 months for a promotion and/or raise. as long as I can hack it I should be getting the brooklyn park store( 2 blocks from home) to manage before winter. there is alot of possiblities there that I will exploit to my fullest as far as promotions. tomorrow I get the writen offer and all I have to do is agree to it, as long as its the same as we talked about I am gone from checker auto. well thats all for now back again soon.
