this last week or so has been quite a long week, Logan had his surgery and they had to remove about 20% of his lung due to a cyst. its a little scary going in to the whole thing, when they have to operate on someone so small and so young. the doctor says the surgery went quite well and 2 months from now we wont be able to tell of any decreased lung function. in fact because of the cyst that part of his lung really wasn't functioning anyhow. and only 4 days after the operation he was back to being his old self wanting to run and us to help him walk around. he had very pain meds the whole time only really had them the 1st 2 days, and after that I think it was more us wanting him to have them but even with that he only had a small amount 1 time on Sunday and then again on Monday. it is such a relief to see him happy and smiling. that 1st day he wasn't smiling so much due to the morphine they were giving him, the men in my familt seem to have weird reactions to morphine. grandpas allergic to it and I get really hyper from it Logan seemed to get sleepy and crabby. we got him switched to dilotten[think thats how its spelled] and he would at leats smile like normal. but hes home now and doing well thanks to everyone who wished for the best for him.
Grandpa got admitted into the hospital last Saturday with pneumonia and is doing better so im told, early in the next week their going to move him to a nursing home as a halfway thing to him getting back into his apartment. so hes doing better at least.
Stephanie showed me a new kinda radio station on the net that I didnt know about before, you type in that name of band you like and they creat a playlist based of off that and play music you might also like. you can find it at www.pandora.com
wedding plans are starting to come together more now and we still havent decided which costumes were going to wear. oh well we'll get it figured out soon enough.
oh and this new metallica album is actually pretty good, unlike a couple of their last ones.
