That really sucks :( I know how it feels, i had to stop calling people "friends" ans start calling them "acquaintances". So much work put into other people and they wont put a single bit of effort into you, amazing how the majority of people are selfish users. I noticed the more you do for people the less and less they feel they need to do anything in return, your kindness and giving nature has become expected and no longer appreciated. Just remember this for next year when they come running to you for a shoulder to cry on, all those who didn't bother to even say goodbye don't deserve any more of your time or effort.
