Went to my arraignment today, my next court date is on the 28th. My judge is new so my lawyer said there's a good chance she won't be as agressive on my case as the rest are, but she still might be. Right now we're just trying to eliminate the possibility of jail time and instead try to get probation with community service and some kind of suspended sentence.
