Well, what a crazy christmas this has been! In a matter of 24 hours we managed to find a new house, make an offer on it, and be accepted,
put our house up for sale and have someone make an offer on it within 5 hours! now we have to be out of our house by the 13th, and hopefully
be in our new house the same day! madness!
