I took a random trip down to Maryland yesterday.


Its amazing what you can realize about yourself when youre alone on the open road. If I've said it once, Ive said it a million times; driving is like therapy.
I cruised right along, no traffic, windows down.. music up. It was great.

I came to the conclusion that 2008 has been off to a rocky start, but Im not going to let it defeat me. Im taking this year back with a vengeance. I turn 21 in just shy of 2 months, this is supposed to be a monster year for me.
I'm moving out of this hell hole, finally. And even though I dont have anywhere to go, where ever I end up, will be better than here. I get to start cosmetology school after I move, and I'll start a new job that has to be better than the one I have now.
I have a lot to look forward to in the coming months, its time to kick myself in the ass and get out of this slump.

The same goes for everyone else. 2008 has been shitty for just about every one I know so far, we're 3 months into this year now, we're a quarter of the way through.. time to turn things around.
