NJ is home to the some of thee worst cities in the country. Where the fuck did they get the motto 'tHe GarDen sTatE' all i see are hellhole cities like newark, camden and AC. But if you want good ink / artists Philly aint too far of a ride. Pa is uptight but they bend the rules alot in philly and there a ton of talented shops in south phil. Hey even my friends from / in NJ make fun of it. They wont let you pump your own friggin gas for Fs sake. Anyway there are cities with even sillier laws that border on Talibanesque like Va Beach... Go to philly, nyc or willmington whichever is closer!!!
