Ok.....you guys might know this about me or not. I enjoy listening to country/bluegrass/western/swing/rockabilly music. Therefore SOMETIMES I tune into CMT and watch a countdown of some stuff. Now the "music" of Faith Hill, Shania Twain, Montgomery Gentry, Kenny Chesselnuts(Chesney for short), Tim McYawn (McGraw) and that Jimmy Buffet do not enter into my class of country music. There are however some out there that I enjoy because they are singer songwriters and they are original. Anyone can go out and buy a band, but it is talent to write a song then find a band that wants to play with you. There is a difference. If you want to know more or already know about what I am talking about please COMMENT!! I think a lot of you out there would like a lot of this music. Just because it is country doesn't mean that it doesn't have a hard hitting beat. Also, not all country music is about dead dogs, gun racks, old pickup trucks, beer, nascar, ol' ladies, death and other random redneck stuff.
Also, all you females out there that goes nuts over a guy singing to them about love should check out The Mavericks. Raul Malo is the singer. If you are female and don't melt when he sings then you got issues. That is my opinion anyways. My ex g/f's have all seemed to melt when that guy was singing.
