heard someone talking on the radio that today is a special day of some sorts.
weird. it seems like any other day. a little nicer weather i guess.
although there does seem to be a lot of flower delivery vans running around.
i don't know. maybe it is one of those "hallmark" holidays that are made up to sell cards and flowers.
gee....sure hope i'm not missing anything here.
for those of you that have that "other" person in your life the above is called denial.
not that i am bitter or anything, i just see no reason for me to acknowlede such a day when i have no one to celebrate it with.
so for me...it is just another day.
drove three hours for nothing today. the corporate world has me baffled on how or why they do what they do. did get to stop by a guitar store that i found. it was like all the rest of the guitar center's out there. BLAH!
got my hair cut today too. a fade, squared off in the back. left my chops on too.
tonight on GUNK Radio i will be having a "Love Stinks/Love Gone Bad/Missing Love" theme going on. so tune in! yes there will be some classic "pro-love" songs too, but they probably haven't been played on the radio.
also...got my Dag Nasty 85-86 cd today. for those of you that grew up in the DC punk scene you probably know them already. me? heard of them, but never had me a listen. so they will be thrown into rotation as of right now.
airline tickets for the bahamas are expensive too!!
this will be where we are all staying. will be worth it to have one final blast with all my friends before i am off to wisconsin.
