Don't agree on what karmapuppet wrote coz it's plain wrong.

*leiben* is obsolete and means nothing else but *leben*, ie the tattoo says *Live The Dream*

Very poetic and very cool for a tattoo. It most probably is not commonly understood by Germans but that is not what a tattoo is about anyway.
