so this weekend at work it interesting..
we are now under a new compliance plan with OLCC. the requirements are: we must stop serving at 1:30, we must see everyones braclet that ensures they were id'ed and not cut off. only one drink order per person, meaning you can't order to take to your friends at a table, no shots multi-liquor (like lond island) doubles or 151 after 12:30 and the very most stupidist, wack thing .....we must pour alcohol with jiggers, those silver hour glass looking measurers......
so last night tring to be busy and quickly fill each individual drink order, i broke glass in my well twice, meaning the bar back had to empty the ice and then refill the whole thing, and i sliced open my pinky on one of the glasses i broke....
hope tonight goes a bit smoother. this jigger shit is slowingus all down.. my sales we're down 30% and my tips about 25%. it's hard to get good tips when people see you measuring each ounce of liquior and you're slow as fuck too.....

hmmmm sounds like its gettin to be a dangerous job this bartending. all i guess i can say being a drinker...is down with the man, but i'll invite him for a drink and hopefully all will be solved.

I don't know if you got my email abou the movie but I didn't think it was as good as the hype surrounding it. I've seen the old one and this was definately a remake with a new age british twist. I think there were some minor differences. Maybe it woulda been better if I wasn't so tired.
