Tomorrow is one year anniversary of my kitchen.
A lot has happened in a year. Kitchen fires, Wine dinners, becoming sous chef, having my boss walk me home I was so drunk.
A lot of good quality memories. Maybe sometime I'll write them down.

Today as a birthday present to my Mom I'm going to go shopping with her for a high quality knife (probably a shun or wustof) and teach her how to use it as I cook her dinner.
