Holy shit, what a fucking month.

So I end up getting a girlfriend a few weeks ago.
She's pretty freaking phenomenal. I'm pretty crazy about her. We've been have a lot of fun. The only down side? She's cheating on me with Aaron. Yeah, my room mate is fucking my girlfriend. I mean, she's met his parents, his brother, they've slept together. He read her poetry one of the first days they spent time together on my bed, and he's written her a poem.

It's really kind of awkward, but she's still pretty cool.

So the week afterwards we went down to Portland with Aaron to see Red Dons and the Revisions ( I guess the Ergs were headling, pfft. We didn't care). That whole trip was fucking awesome. Sleeping in the van, buying a shit ton of records, meeting Ken from Dirtnap and then talking to him for about 40 minutes at the show about music. The show was fucking great too. Hanging out and getting breakfast with Lucas and Rachel, the whole trip was pretty fucking badass. I don't even feel like delving much deeper, it was just pretty fucking awesome.

So then last week? We saw Manic Hispanic on Monday, and that was a lot of fun. Then Aaron and I went to Phenomenauts on Wed and I saw Mike and Mindy (like mork and mindy, right?) there as well, and that was good seeing him, the Seattle-hating-bastard. That show was one of the best ones I've seen in some time. It was a lot of fun.

This week? I finally get to relax. No cooking big dinners, no big traveling, no shows. I'm just gonna relax, listen to some music, go out to dinner with Celia, and prey the summer ends soon.
