New Zealand benison loin steak "au poivre", smoke pork belly, watercress-mache salad ruby port black truffle ju
2005 cj pask gimblett road syrah
5th course
cashel blue cheese, honeycomb, apricot brioche pain perdu
2003 pegasus bay finale late harvest chardonnay
That's the whole shibang. Doesn't look like much..but it was all really really good. I had a lot of fun.
Got to sit down and drink with everyone afterwards..and it was just good being able to see anyone.
After the dinner/fun I went over to Siebs house with Cole and Lucas and Rachel. That was also a lot of fun.
Not to mention..I found out on sunday my name is on the menu. That's pretty cool if you ask me.
Monday and Tuesday have been uneventful more or less, and I like things that way. Watched some movies with friends, randomly surprised someone at work in marysville, and had a weirdly shitty day today because nothing went right.
