lip tattoos are a right pain in the ass. they heal super fast and don't really hurt that bad compared to like, say, the elbow or spine. the problems are A) finding somoeone to do it B) planning ahead that it will blow out and the lines will get fatter so use a script with a lot of space, not too fancy, and thin lines and C) holding your lip open and steady, and keeping it dry, while the person does the work. I love having a tattoo on my lip, I think you should go for it
