I made a Key Lime Pie the other night. With real Key Limes (99c in the bargain bin at Maxi!) . Best. Pie. Ever. Seriously. My roommates went nuts over it. Admittedly they are not the toughest crowd to please, but this one was a real hit. No pictures which is too bad cause it looked great too. Vegan Key lime pie no less (to make sure everyone could enjoy it).

Boo yah. Coconut or banana cream should be up next..or maybe chocolate cream pie...decisions decisions :p
