Ugh!

Work is paying its toll, again. Insomnia, I got home 3 hours ago and im still wired. I need myself a lady friend to tire me out every night. Hah. That would be a nice thing.

Yay! Im starting to train someone to get promoted, We get a manager to take some night shifts for me. Thats going be be spiffy, in about a month I hope.

So, How do you guys fight insmonia? Catching up on my Smallville isn't working too well.

A bit more Kent, then ill try and sleep again.

I've had the same problem lately but unfortunately it's from pain, not working late frown I like to try to watch something REALLY boring on tv...that usually helps me doze within an hour (ya know, something like an infomercial for the latest Cuisinart or how to get rich in a month without using your own money biggrin )

there is no easy way to fight it! I have just learned to go with it - stay up and eventually - crash and burn skull now doesn't that cound cheerful??? just think - once the manager is trained then you get a life again!!! love kiss we'll chat soon!
