Well, I really need to start going to some of these SGLA events so I can finally meet everyone (especially considering their Wednesday night Burgandy Room thing is on the same street I live on about a half a mile up!)
One of the reasons I haven't made it to these gatherings yet is, besides being very busy with my music lately (and photo school), I have been supporting my friend's music... and what I should have been doing this whole time is putting up HIS shows here on the SG site so you guys can check it out (and I could have met everyone that way!)
But like the dummy I am sometimes, I keep forgeting, so, before I forget...
My friend is Bluetech. He is on Waveform Records. His music is VERY cool and is getting a lot of great reviews lately. He had a show Friday night in San Diego (I was the photographer for the show) and you can see some pictures from the show in 'My Pics' numbers 8 thru 13.
He also had a show Saturday night in Los Angeles, but I accidently missed it... I know I'm going to hear about it on Monday at work, ugh!
Anyways, he's starting his tour and if he is in a city near you, you should check it out. It's the Ambient Alchemy tour and you can check out information about it here:
