This DEPENDING ON FAMILY FOR MONEY stuff is garbage.
The fam and I went to see Harry Potter tonight.
My Bro-In-Law paid for my ticket.. Because I'm poor.
Now he just walked into my room and says.. This is the conversation:
Joe-"Did you thank me for the movie?"
Me- "No, I had other things on my mind. But, thank you for buying my ticket. I really appreciate it."
Joe-"And what else are you going to do to show this appreciation? Like, you could make sure my clothes make it into the dryer tomorrow, and take out my two polo shirts and lay them out nicely. Then fold my clothes."
?!?!?!
Me-"I'm not folding your clothes! I'll make sure they get in the dryer and lay out the shirts, But I will not fold your clothes."
(Half the time I don't even fold my own.)
Then he walks out while giving me the finger.
During that whole thing, I was looking online at my bank account and paying a bill. A bill I couldn't pay all of.
I just wish Joe could be in my shoes for a month. See if he can figure out how to pay all of every bill, on time, and still have something left over for personal use. On $400 a month.
I'm helping them out. Trying to save them a little money.
I only get this BS from him. Probably because my sister pays me. He doesn't understand no matter how much I try to explain it to him.
While looking at my bank account, I noticed my sister gave me an extra $20 on friday..
I love my big sister. She takes good care of me. One day I'll take great care of her.
