thanks for the comments. I still think humans vomit more then animals - look to a dog. They can eat things we can't even smell without throwing up. And cats, outdoor cats rarely throw up, compared to people. Course, humans also have the wonderful elixir/poison called "allkihall".

it's not a bad thing to maintain the flesh. hell, i've spent the last ten months getting myself back in shape and doing what i can to raise my stock...healthy food/no sugar, little to no drinking, no more cigarettes. and it can be done without spending money on jive-ass products.

It's usually not that bad for me since I'm all alone but sometimes it gets kinda old. I normally just need a couple days between trips and I'd be fine. It's when I go from rig to rig and I don't get a chance to home for a month. That gets old but that's not going to happen for the rest of the year.
Today a resident killed himself. Police say it looks like an OD because he puked all over his bed. He was about 40.
