So last night we went and got a new beta to love and snuggle...
Lyric has named this one princess. She has a 2 1/2 gallon tank, with a lid, (Taj Mahal for a beta fish!), a bonzai tree, (well, a plastic one!), and an ivy.
Lyric was happy to get her although she is still telling me, all the way up until this morning that she wishes she could bring dody back and maybe she'll get some fairy god parents to bring him back. man, i didnt realize this would bother her so much. i almost cant keep trying to explain the whole death thing...its making me face my own mortality...and i feel kind of
about the idea of dying and never seeing the people i love ever again...

The word on the street is the Genevieve is alive as well as her child and man. They are trying to make their way to florida to stay with a friend. That is really all I know. Im sure that they are having an extremely rough time seeing as how there is no power, water or means of communication. Keep her in your prayers.
