okay okay...i now you're all tired of my mac pictures up...i'm still oh giddy about it though!
last night i wanted something to drink so bad! i wanted one of three things, and martini, a margartia (preferably a prima margarita from cucos, they make it with triple sec and give a shot of grande manier on the side), or some wine. Justin decided for me and offered to pick up some wine. I called up my friend seth:
me: suggest to me a good, yet inexpensive wine
him: white or red?
me: white
him: what are you eating for dinner?
me: the wine
him (chuckles): ok...uh....
So he suggests three wines and tells me to look for them in this order:
1. La Yunta
2. Big House White
3. Angeline's Chardonnay
I found Big House White at Whole Foods with Justin and Lyric in tow, and Justin decides he wants a Pinot Noir. Why you ask? Is Justin REally tht worldly? nope, saw the movie Sideways recently and wants to try one. So we pick one of those out and b y the time we get home I'm thinking I really wanna try the pinot noir too. not that i'm particularily worldly myself, but my curiousity has been peaked and now i want it. turns out, we dont have a freaking corkscrew to open the damn bottle up with! good thing my wine had a twist off!
So, we get to the Big House White and Justin has about a glass and a half and I drink the whole damn bottle!
i'm such a lush. I went directly back to whole foods today and bought another bottle. drinking it now. i love wine...i'm such a wino...
think i'll go veg out in front of the TV (as opposed to the computer
) and drink my second bottle.
