Resident walks into a rental office with a plugged a/c filter under one arm and a piece of wet carpet in the other.

Resident: "My a/c has leaked all over the floor and ruined my carpet, see?"

Assistant Knods

"And this is what was ont he inside! I wont put up with this!"

Assistant: "So let me get this straight...you obviously havent changed your filter since the dawn of time, even though we send out notices letting all the residents know that we provide them FREE of charge in the office and the a/c leaks all over your carpet? Then you decide to be a real winner and RIP UP a piece of the carpet to bring in here and show me how you won't put up with 'this' ?"


Resident: "Uh...yeah, thats right! I pay too much rent to have to deal with this!"

Assistant pulls out a rifle and shoots the resident square in the foot.

Assistant: "Your going to be charged for the wet/torn carpet, the a/c, the sheetrock, AND the blood stain you've just made on my floor. Good day, sir."

Resident: "AAAARRRGGG!"

Assistant: "I SAID GOOD DAY SIR!"
