Don't blame the people. Blame the corporate idiots who thought it would be a good idea to have people who don't speak good English try to help us. All this stuff gets farmed out to India or wherever. it's not that the people on the other end aren't smart either... it just isn't their first language. Total corporate greed... Consumers can blame themselves too. We expect perfect products and first class customer service at dirt cheap prices. Something has to be compromised....

Call the bank and explain things. They might reverse the charge.
