I want to take shotgun to every nonenglish speaking mf who operates a service line for a company....If you can't speak english then why the fuck are you operating a phone line at a god damn place where it is YOUR JOB!!!!1

Yahoo music posted my charge 14 days early....and caused me over $70.00 in overdrafts and I call for service and miss I no speaka de englis gets all pissy with me.......urghhh

Its our country speak our language at least if its your damn job....

Don't blame the people. Blame the corporate idiots who thought it would be a good idea to have people who don't speak good English try to help us. All this stuff gets farmed out to India or wherever. it's not that the people on the other end aren't smart either... it just isn't their first language. Total corporate greed... Consumers can blame themselves too. We expect perfect products and first class customer service at dirt cheap prices. Something has to be compromised.... puke

Call the bank and explain things. They might reverse the charge.
