Happy Friday everyone!

I haven't been around in the last week but I'm still kickin!

My halloween was absolutely great! I had a fantastic weekend in Edmonton - met some new friends and got some much needed support!

I worked out again lastnight and feel great today. I've been learning so much in the last few months and I can see how much it has impacted my life... I met someone on the weekend that I think will have a great influence for the better on me... I'm very excited to get to know him better and will see him this Sunday
