I just got free money! It's been like 2 months since I've worked at Zellers and now I suddenly got a check from them for 235 bucks. I have no idea what it's for. But I ain't complaining.
I gained 5 pounds officially. I think I just lost some muscle mass and gained fat in its place because even though I don't look so much bigger I feel flabbier. It sucks. I gotta watch my dieting more, I slipped away from it for a while, I need to get back on that before I stab myself in the throat repeatedly for letting myself be a fat fuck. Though I'm aware I'm not 'fat' in others eyes. I could just do better with myself.
I worked my first day with Chris's old guitar students. Since he quit I'm the only guitar and bass teacher at the Centre for Music. I'm monopolizing the stringed instruments. I've had almost all of his students at least once before when I covered for him here and there or when I had to rehearse with some at various camps and performances. I like this one kid named Pauly that I got now, he apparently likes me too, his mom even called back and told my boss that he really liked it.
The movie I'm going to be recording for is apparently in L.A. being edited. I'm thinking this movie will be even cooler than I'd expected since it's going all the way to L.A. for editing. I wish I knew more about it so I could look up something on it. All I know is that it's a comedy spoof of Pulp Fiction and it's supposedly going to be in the next Sundance Film Festival. I hope I do good enough on these recordings. I can't wait to see/hear the results.

If you havn't went and heard Adema's band HOMBRE MUERTO, you really should, it's great stuff. I've been listening to it plenty. She has a link to some MP3's on her blog. It actually gave me some great ideas for some chords and atmosphere and style to some of my songs. I mixed their style with some Satyricon and some of my classic hanging note style and came up with a pretty wicked start to something.
