Officially dropped out of school.
Gonna work on photography.
And teach myself how to do web design.
And maybe I'll figure out digital art.
But I couldn't be happier then now.

Edit: So I just picked up the old Pentax K1000 we have, for the first time in years. I've never ever felt happier then that moment. This. This is what I want to do. Whether I fail or not. This is it.

Seriously, you can learn everything you need to know to be a web developer/designer online for free. It takes time and dedication, but it's totally doable. I'm a web developer and I'd say 90% of what I need to know for work I learned on my own. Also, people online are pretty generous about helping you out with code. I'd check out the web developer group here on SG and also some of the web development/design pages on reddit.
